The Challenge
Sanchi Velvets, a luxury velvet fabric and fashion brand, needed a Shopify store that could carry the weight of a premium, editorial brand — where fabric texture and detail are the entire point of the purchase decision.
What We Built
Prateeksha designed a rich, editorial Shopify theme built around full-bleed imagery and fabric detail zoom, so customers can inspect weave and texture the way they would in a showroom. Collection browsing and checkout were tuned for a slower, more considered luxury buying journey rather than a high-volume commodity one.
Approach
Every product template prioritises large-format photography and generous whitespace, with zoom interactions built specifically for fabric close-ups — the detail that matters most for a velvet and textile brand.
