Herbora Beauty
Herbal skincare and haircare — 1 lakh+ customers
The Challenge
Herbora Beauty had a loyal customer base of over 1 lakh buyers and a differentiated product line — handmade herbal soaps, hair oils, and skincare built from 100% active botanical ingredients. But their Shopify store wasn't communicating any of that. The ingredient stories were buried in product descriptions, the build-your-own-box concept didn't exist as a UX feature, and mobile conversion was significantly below category benchmarks. The brand's genuine quality was invisible to new visitors.
The Solution
We rebuilt the store with ingredient storytelling at the core — key herb callout cards on every product page, a "Match Your Skin to the Herb" concern-matching section, and expandable botanical ingredient lists. We built the Build-Your-Own-Box feature as a custom Shopify section (Any 3 soaps for ₹549 through to Any 10 products for ₹1,799), which became the highest-converting section on the site. Free shipping progress indicator added to cart. Restock alert flows integrated for their bestselling Hair Revival Oil.

Sanchi Velvets
Premium velvet fabric manufacturer — 20+ years, 3.5M metres/year
The Challenge
Sanchi Velvets is a 20-year-old manufacturer supplying velvet fabrics to global brands including Anthropologie, Walmart, Target, and ASOS — with an annual output of 3.5 million metres and a workforce of 300+. Despite this scale, their online presence didn't communicate it. Buyers visiting the site couldn't differentiate Sanchi from a small trader. The catalog had 300+ SKUs across 7 fabric types (Greige, Dyed, Crushed, Printed, Burnout, Foil, Digital Print) with no organised filtering. Trade enquiries were coming in via generic contact forms with no qualification.
The Solution
We built a B2B-first Shopify store that led with manufacturing credentials — capacity stats, global brand partnerships, IP protection under the Design and Copyright Act, and a "24-hour design turnaround" promise front and centre. The 300+ SKU catalog was structured with fabric-type and application filtering (sarees, dupattas, soft furnishing, garments). A dedicated Trade Enquiry flow captured buyer intent with MOQ, destination country, and fabric type — qualifying leads before they reached the sales team. The design used close-up velvet texture photography and jewel-tone styling to communicate material quality.

Ash Panjabi Pret Couture
Hand-beaded couture fabrics, panels, and trimmings for global designers
The Challenge
Ash Panjabi supplies hand-beaded fabrics, appliqués, and trimmings to couture designers and bridal wear brands globally — with a product catalog spanning 52+ pages of made-to-order textiles priced from ₹9,000 to ₹22,750+. The business served both trade buyers (retailers, designers, bulk purchasers) and direct consumers across India, the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. A single-currency, single-audience store couldn't serve this complexity. Trade buyers needed a separate enquiry path. International buyers needed pricing in their own currency. Made-to-order products needed a distinct purchase flow from ready-stock items.
The Solution
We built a multi-currency Shopify store with 6-currency support (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY) using Shopify Markets. Separate flows for Retailers (Become a Retailer portal), Bulk Enquiry, and PR Enquiry were built as structured intake forms rather than generic contact pages. Made-to-order products were flagged distinctly in the catalog with appropriate lead-time communication. The design used restrained luxury aesthetics — white space, neutral tones, editorial product photography — to communicate premium positioning appropriate for a global couture supply brand.

Norge Audio
Indian audiophile equipment — 60+ years of heritage, amplifiers and speakers
The Challenge
Norge Audio is an Indian audiophile brand with 60+ years of heritage — selling amplifiers from ₹12,000 to ₹42,000 and speakers to discerning music enthusiasts. In a category where trust, specifications, and heritage credibility are everything, their store had to compete with imported brands from Japan and Europe. Technical buyers research for weeks before purchasing. The product pages needed to communicate engineering detail (THD, wattage, frequency response) at the same time as brand story and Norwegian audio design heritage. A dealer network also needed integration — buyers in cities without dealers needed to see which products could be ordered direct.
The Solution
We built a premium editorial Shopify theme using clean neutral tones, generous whitespace, and structured technical specification tables on every product page. The brand story — inspired by Norwegian audio pioneer Tandberg, 60+ years of Indian manufacturing — was woven into the About page and homepage hero. A Dealers page was built with city-level dealer listings. Product pages showed availability status clearly (in stock vs temporarily unavailable) with lead time transparency. Category navigation was structured for audiophile browsing: Amplifiers, Speakers, Accessories — each with product comparison context.

Case Studies — Frequently Asked Questions
Some case studies are published with client permission (see our portfolio). For confidential engagements we anonymise the brand but keep all metrics accurate and verifiable.
Results vary by starting point, traffic volume, and sector. The improvements shown reflect real projects. We set realistic expectations in our proposals — we won't promise a 3x conversion increase on a store already converting at 4%.
We offer milestone-based payment structures on some projects. For CRO retainers, we can discuss performance elements. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
During proposal, we benchmark your current metrics (conversion rate, LCP, bounce rate) and set a realistic improvement target based on comparable projects. We track these throughout the engagement.

Yes — we work with brands from launch to enterprise. For early-stage stores, the highest-ROI investment is usually getting the theme and UX right from day one.
